Plan quotas reset every billing cycle. Extra packs you buy do roll over: unused queries carry over to the following months until they're used up.
Yes. There's no lock-in. If you upgrade, the change is immediate and prorated; if you downgrade, it applies from the next billing cycle. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
No. Prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT is applied at checkout based on your country (21% for consumers in Spain; reverse charge for EU businesses outside Spain).
