AI quotas for the Problem Portfolio module
The AI-powered related-tickets module consumes a dedicated quota (zendesk_ai_queries). Each similar-tickets lookup (embeddings + re-rank) counts as one query. If you exceed the cap you can buy additional packs on the same plan.

- One query = one invocation of the ai.rerank_tickets capability on previously embedded candidates.
- Embeddings are cached by content_hash: unchanged tickets do not consume extra quota.
- Additional packs are billed at the end of the cycle and do roll over to the next month: any unused queries carry forward until you spend them.
- Free/Starter/Pro/Business quotas are isolated per tenant. Enterprise fair-use is reviewed quarterly.
Pricing and AI quotas are in pre-launch and subject to change with 30 days' notice to active customers (see Terms §6). Prices in euros (€), VAT excluded — VAT is applied at checkout based on the customer jurisdiction.
